    Youtube is an amazing thing.

I’m really serious! I learnt how to play Apologize by One Republic well on the piano by watching the “tutorials”.

But you want guitar yeah..it’ll have it.

Just type in tutorial for guitar or soemthing along those lines into the search..and it’ll come up with a huge list of option.
I remember my mate trying to teach me and she showed me that if I was on youtube i could also learn if she was nt around.

Give it ago and just practise. Main thing is to practise.

Hope it works out for you and hopefully get to hear your mum’s music sometime soon!

The websites you seek actually cost money, always, and sometimes after a trial lesson or 3. Now this depends on whether or not you want to read notes, understand what’s what on the fretboard or follow tablature, or go by sight only, and chords. They offer DVD’s for the hardest methods under “Guitar Lessons”. However, get a feel for it for free, by searching guitar lessons on youtube, and some very nice people give them there, including Siggy.

HIRE A TEACHER… at least for the first few lessons… when you learn to play a guitar for FREE off the internet… your lessons aren’t worth what you paid for them
